Danielle Marganoff Joins Dyad Strategies Research Team
Dyad Strategies CEO Dr. Gentry McCreary announced today that Danielle Marganoff has been named director of data management for the company, effective immediately.
As director of data management, Danielle will be responsible for managing Dyad’s fast-growing longitudinal datasets, will support our clients in data mining and analysis projects, and will build and maintain our client data dashboards in Tableau.
In addition to her work with Dyad, Danielle serves as a Senior Institutional Research Analyst for the Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (formerly the Vanderbilt Institutional Research Group) at Vanderbilt University. In this role she supports institutional research by transforming multi-year survey data into usable insights and intuitive data visualizations that support data-driven decision making. Marganoff earned a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. from Cornell University, where she joined Alpha Phi. Following graduation, Danielle served as an Educational Leadership Consultant for Alpha Phi, visiting a dozen established collegiate chapters and supporting fledgling chapters at the University of Connecticut, Dartmouth College, and Stanford University. She continues to actively volunteer for Alpha Phi at the local and national level and serves as a Release Figure Method specialist for the National Panhellenic Conference.
“I'm excited to work with the great team at Dyad and to be a part of research that is critical to the long-term success of fraternity and sorority life at individual chapters, campuses, and national organizations,” Marganoff said. “Dyad Strategies is empowering our industry with the tools to be more data-driven in our work with students, and I am thrilled to part of that work.”
“Danielle’s addition to our team reflects Dyad’s continued growth and success,” said Dr. Gentry McCreary, CEO and Managing Partner of Dyad Strategies. “As our longitudinal datasets have grown, Josh and I realized we needed someone with expertise in data management to join our team. The data we have compiled over the last five years, and will continue to gather, is a treasure trove for researchers and will inform best practices in the fraternity and sorority industry for decades to come. Danielle’s addition to our team allows us to maximize our use of that data in a way that benefits both our campus and organizational partners. Her level of expertise in data management, combined with her experience working in the fraternity industry, will be of tremendous benefit to our company and to our partners. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Dyad team.”
