A WORKSHOP FOR LEADERS

Picture the best member of your chapter. That member who always goes above and beyond to do whatever is needed without even being asked. That person who is always seeking out ways to make your chapter better. Now, imagine how much better your chapters would be if every member cared as much as that member.

In this 90-minute workshop designed for chapter leaders, students will be challenged to think outside the box about what really works in new member education. They will learn how the creation of sense of belonging among new members will yield the commitment, dedication and identification they seek in their membership.

They will also be taught a framework for building belonging and accountability among new members, shifting the focus of new member education away from “earning it” and towards the development of positive brother/sisterhood.
