Dyad Strategies Partnership with Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity

Dyad Strategies announced today that the company has entered into a four-year partnership with Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity.

As part of this partnership, Dyad Strategies will conduct an annual assessment of the entire Phi Sigma Kappa membership. The goals of this assessment will be to help Phi Sigma Kappa better understand the culture of its undergraduate chapters, to better understand the impact that membership in the Fraternity has on student learning, growth and development, and to better measure the long-term impact of the Fraternity’s new comprehensive brotherhood development program, to be launched this summer at their 67th General Convention & Shonk Undergraduate Leadership School.

As part of the partnership, Dyad Strategies has built a personalized member assessment tool for the Fraternity. This assessment tool maps a variety of measures to developmental constructs associated with the Fraternity’s values, including measures of grit, openness to diversity, and self-esteem. These constructs will be measured at the individual level over time in order to better understand how membership in Phi Sigma Kappa impacts the beliefs, values, and behaviors of Fraternity members, and how those constructs change over time with the implementation of the brotherhood program.

“Phi Sigma Kappa is quickly becoming one of the most evidence-based organizations in the entire fraternity industry,” said Dyad CEO Dr. Gentry McCreary. “They have invested in research-driven membership education with this brotherhood program. Now, they are committing themselves to measuring and understanding the impact of these new initiatives. Having a chance to continue our work with them, helping them to better understand the impact of these new initiatives, is an incredible opportunity for Dyad Strategies. We are thrilled to launch this new partnership.”

“Our strategic priority has been to create a transformational and comprehensive brotherhood development program focused on building a better man for society,” said Phi Sigma Kappa Executive Director Nick Zuniga. “Dyad was there on day one to help us build a program steeped in research and we are excited to begin the next chapter of this partnership. We need good data to get where we are going and there is no better partner in the industry.”
